Bar enrobers

PTL bar enrobers have a unique, removable carriage and a pump and filter system, for easy cleaning and fast changeovers without the need for tools. They can decorate, fully or bottom-coat a variety of products, and the specially designed temperature-control system (ATC) is incredibly accurate. PTL enrobers are ideal for medium to large-scale production and widths, and are fully customizable.

Melters

Offering easy cleaning and fast changeovers to boost your SKU proliferation, PTL melters come with removable grids and offer continuous, high-speed melting of chocolate, compound liquor, butter, or fats. Use the self-contained heating system or your existing hot-water system – plus the bottom tank has its own heating so it can be used as a storage and delivery tank for the next process. Double head units are available for higher melt capacity or add a center division to melt two products

Temperers

PTL wash-down temperers let you accurately set up the formation of stable cocoa butter crystals, giving you a glossy finished product with a hard snap. Extremely accurate temperature control delivers an ideal temper for consistent output and longer shelf life. The unique design and all-stainless-steel construction allow fast and simple allergen cleaning, and easy transitions between product type. Get added flexibility with two-zone temperer cooling and reheating, and the unit has internal refrigeration so is easily moved.
